ReplyDeleteWe could have more scheduled professional and social sessions together so as to develop a common metalanguage and understanding of what SST stands for. the social sessions will help to 'oil' our professional discussions :-)

ReplyDeleteThe willingness to provide, and being receptive to constructive feedback requires moral courage, and it will certainly help us in the long run to discover and put this courage to good use.

ReplyDeleteOne thing that I think we could have done better... COMMUNICATION.
ReplyDeleteWell, communication is not simply in the form of words that we could hear, words that are written on the papers or typed in softcopies, but also our body language - facial expressions and gestures.
While some of us have expressions/gestures that are 'uniquely' us (that we often proclaim, that's "us"), recipients might interpret otherwise (and misunderstand?).
I guess, there's where another quality comes in - being 'adaptable' to the norm and culture of the team.
